Patrick W. Barrick, PE, SE, P.Eng
A former CSA Design Leader at KBR as well as a former Engineering Manager at Inland Building Systems, Patrick has over 20 years in the industrial and metal building industries. He is a registered Structural Engineer in Arizona, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, Hawaii, Nevada and Oklahoma and is also licensed as a Professional Engineer in Alaska, California and 21 additional states. He recently passed the Canadian Ethics exam and has acquired engineeering licenses in Alberta, British Columbia and Ontario. He has extensive knowledge of MBS and has worked to update and improve the software design settings for metal building companies he has worked for in the past.

Associate engineer
R. T. Smith, PE
A former Engineering Manager at American Buildings Company, Mr. Smith has been in the metal building industry for over 30 years. He has numerious Professional Engineering licenses in the United States and has extensive knowledge of MBS. In addition to his vast understanding of metal building design, he has experience with multi-story self storage design, metal building foundation design and reinforced CMU wall design.
